Rooftop Studio Rooms

Beautifully presented studio rooms are located on a terrace in the roof tops of medieval Lincoln's cobbled streets. Each room is individually designed and has its own private entrance onto the roof top terrace which has outside seating for your room to enjoy the views and sunshine (if we are lucky).

All rooms has a sofa, king size beds, crisp white hotel linen, ensuite shower room. With ironing board, iron, salon hairdryer. The kitchenette has a fridge with small freezer compartment, sink and microwave.

Its the perfect self contained getaway for your stay in Lincoln.

1 Bedroom Suite

The suites are ground floor one bedroom boutique apartments with lounge, dining area and kitchenettes. Sleeps two with a kingsize bed. Located on the ground floor, these rooms are the most accessible but do have two steps into the room.

Traditional paneled walls individually furnished and designed and have private ensuite bathrooms, with bath and shower over.

2 Bedroom Garden Cottage

We’ve created a two bedroom two bathroom cottage in private seclusion, tucked away in your own small south facing city garden with various seating, above the narrow cobbled streets of Lincolns Bailgate.

The Garden Suite Cottage sleeps up to four in two ensuite bedrooms.

Kitchenette and dining area for socialising as well as lounge seating.

Your very own 2 bedroom cottage with boutique hotel service and the perfect location.

With home and hotel comforts including crisp white hotel linen, coffee/tea facilities, ironing boards, kitchenette and fridge.
