All exposed brick and metal staircases, The Rest was converted from a former hall and fully restored into beautifully unique boutique accommodation in 2013.

Accommodations

Studio ROOMS

1st floor studio rooms with small kitchenette. Small but perfectly formed with a king size bed, kitchenette, sofa and dining table and chairs. Ensuite bathroom and beautifully furnished.

With shared outside seating to enjoy, the studios are perfect for anyone looking for cosy, well located accommodation but don’t need the full space of an apartment.

1 Bedroom SUITE

Ground floor large suite / apartment with a spacious king size bedroom and ensuite bathroom with lounge, dining area and full kitchen. South facing outside balcony table and chairs.

The one-bedroom suite is ideal longer stays or if you need a full kitchen and more space. Furnished to the same high standard as our studios and two-bedroom accommodation.

2 Bedroom GARDEN Cottage

3 storey, 2 bedroom, 2 ensuite bathrooms, garden cottage with lounge seating, dining table and kitchen, has its own private south facing courtyard garden with seating.

Each bedroom has its own ensuite shower room, plenty of wardrobe storage and space for two sharing or a family of four. The open plan kitchen, lounge dining is perfect for relaxing.

Surrounded by restaurants, cafes and places to drink we are located in the historic Cathedral district of the Bailgate, on Steep Hill, which was awarded Britain's Best Street 2012. Just 100m from the Castle Square where the Cathedral & Castle begin and the Magna Carta is housed. Then 100m the other direction to the shopping district.
